These terms govern your use of this website and The FitBound Method Coach Certification (the "Course"), provided by Zuramedia Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09866544), registered office at 41 Devonshire Street, Ground Floor, London, W1G 7AJ, United Kingdom.

Nature of the Course

The Course is a continuing education program for fitness professionals. It provides general education in nutrition coaching, training programming, behavior change, and professional practice for coaching generally healthy adults. Completion of the Course and the FitBound Certified Coach credential do not constitute a license to practice medicine, medical nutrition therapy, dietetics, physical therapy, or psychology, and do not qualify the holder to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition.

Content on this website and in the Course is educational and is not medical advice. Participants and their clients should consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. Individual results vary.

Enrolment, examination, and certification

• Certification requires completion of all module quizzes and a passing score of 80% on the proctored final examination.
• Participants who do not pass may resit in accordance with the resit policy provided in the Course.
• Certificates are personal to the named participant and are non-transferable.
• We maintain completion records and may confirm certificate authenticity to certifying bodies, employers, or other parties presenting a certificate for verification.

Intellectual property

All Course materials, including manuals, slides, workbooks, examinations, and this website, are the intellectual property of Zuramedia Ltd. Materials are licensed to enrolled participants for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or used to create derivative courses without our written permission.

Continuing education credit

Where the Course holds continuing education approval from a certifying body, the applicable provider number and credit value appear on the certificate of completion. Participants are responsible for confirming their own certifying body's requirements, including any separate CPR/AED requirement.

Payments and refunds

Fees, payment terms, and the refund policy applicable to your enrolment are stated at the point of purchase and form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access other participants' records, share examination content, or misrepresent your certification status.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuramedia Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the Course. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
